食材:
主料:鱼头500克
辅料:花生油3汤匙,食盐1/2茶匙,姜1小块,蒜5瓣,料酒1茶匙,鱼露1茶匙,细香葱5棵,剁椒4汤匙
做法:
1.将鱼头洗净,去鳃,去鳞。准备好自制剁椒和姜、葱、蒜

2.把姜切丝加入鱼头

3.加入适量盐
