食材:
主料:鱼头1个,南豆腐2块
辅料:香菜1棵,小葱1根,姜3片,食盐1茶匙,香油数滴,水适量,植物油2汤匙
做法:
1.准备所需材料

2.把鱼头洗净,切开两半

3.锅内放油烧热,鱼头放入锅内煎

4.连同姜片一起下锅煎至两面微黄即可

5.汤锅内加入足够的水量煮开,然后把煎好的鱼头放入锅内
