教学内容:

1.新词汇:should

2.新句型:You should tidy your toys.

You shouldn’t play with the CDs.

教学目标:

1.知识目标四会单词;谈论应当做某事和不应当做某事

2.能力目标:在完成知识目标的基础上,通过游戏和活动的开展,培养学生的合作能力、竞争意识和综合运用语言知识的能力。

3.情感目标:通过学习这些应该做和不应该做的事情,让学生学有所得,学有所悟,日常生活中希望学生能明确不同的地方应该做不同的事情。

4.策略目标:通过课前预习、课上互动、课下交流反思,老师和学生互敬互学,师生关系十分融洽。

教学重点:

学生能够用“should,shouldn’t”来谈论应当做某事和不应当做某事。

教学难点:

学生能够流利地使用正确时态来描述,能够描述日常生活中的活动。

教学辅助:

多媒体,单词卡片。

教学过程:

Activity 1 预热

Greeting T: Hello, boys and girls. S: Hello, teacher.

T: Welcome to our English class again. Would you like to sing? 《Follow Me》 S: Yes.

TS: Sing a song together.

(在开课伊始,教师播放课件,师生共同演唱英文歌曲,意在使彼此身心得到放松。)

Activity 2 教学环节

Game: I do and you guess(First teacher does, then students do.) 老师板书猜出的动词。

T: Different places we should do different things. Make sentences with “should shouldn’t”。(老师示范后学生造句)

T: All right please look at the screen. A picture:

A messy room. If our room is so messy, mum will angry with us. Ms Smart is angry now. let’s see what happened.

a. Listen to the CD. Find important phrases: make a mess, play with, take…off…, thanks for…

Learn the phrases: read, translate and make sentences with the phrase.

b. T: Ok, this time, listen and answer questions about the text。First Ss read and translate the questions. Then listen to the text. At last students answer the questions together.

c. T: Now follow the CD and do group-work.

Group work: read the text in groups and have a group-show.

Practice: T: there are some places, eg, classroom, park, library, playground… what should we do? What shouldn’t we do? Choose one place to talk in groups.

Talk in groups and have a show.

Activity 3 总结

T: In different places we do different things. Make sentence with “should, shouldn’t”to describe the rules in family and school.The class is over.

教学目标:

1.知识与能力目标

熟练掌握单词:make a mess, shelves,

熟练运用句型: You shouldn't play with the CDs!You should tidy your toys.

以及描述应该做的事和不应该做的事。

2.情感态度目标

培养学生爱好清洁并自己打扫卫生的习惯。并且对别人的建议做出正确反映。

教学重点:

单词、句子的听、说、读、写。运用正确的句子描述应该做的事和不应该做的事。

教学难点:

听、说的句子:You shouldn't play with the CDs!

You should tidy your toys.

课前准备:

1.教师自己制作的课件和教材的配套光盘。

2.making a mess自制卡片。

教学过程:

Step 1 Warm up

Greeting : 谈论天气、以及经常做的事情。

Step 2 Presentation and practice

Talk about a picture and teaching of new word “mess”通过词组学习,引出

第一个问题“Who is making a mess?”初听课文,理解感知。

Step3 Presentation of the text.

1. Presentation and practice of the new sentences “You should tidy your toys.”

通过理解课文,回答问题“What should Tom do?”将could-should结合对比语音学习。

T:Ms Smart said to Tom, You should tidy your toys. ( 板书句型。)

2.Presentation of the test and teaching of new word “shelves” 听课本配套光盘

回答问题“What shouldn't Tom do?”,引出新词并教授,穿插简笔画以及单词 shelf-shelves,

leaf-leaves, knife-knives对比,感知名词单复数变化的特点。

3. Presentation of the new sentences: “You shouldn't play with the CDs.

You shouldn't take the books off the shelves.”

看问题“What shouldn't Tom do?”看课文划出答案,引出重点句子型并板书,注意should/shouldn't

之后的单词变为红色,为后面讲授should/shouldn't 之后动词特点,做铺垫。并对板书的三个句子,以及回答进行同位练习和反馈。

4. Answer the question : Who helped Tom?看课文最后一幅图片,谈论Amy, Lingling and Tom.

渗透情感教育。

T: In our life, we should help mum and dad, we should tidy our rooms,

we should help each other. We should be a good boy or a good girl.

5. Repeat the dialog and circle “should/ shouldn't”。

学生跟读全文,圈单词并且回读含有should/shouldn't 的句子。

6. Talk about pictures use should/ shouldn't.

结合书以及活动手册的练习中的图片,小组练说。

7. Activity Book

将练说的内容写在活动手册上。

Step 4 Consolidation and extension

1. Talk about another pictures.

课件出示生活中一些不文明行为的图片,让学生用学过的句子,提出建议:S: You shouldn't feed the animals.

You should …

2. Make the rules for the places of the school .

课件呈现学校里的图片,小组内讨论为这些熟悉的地方制定规则。

Step 5 Summary

引导学生回顾单词并且总结should/ shouldn't 的用法。

Step 6 Homework

1.Listen to the dialog 5 times.

2.Try to write the rules for your classroom./The dinning room/the library/the hallway.

板书设计:

Module10 Unit1 You should tidy your toys.

You shouldn't play with the CDs.
