1.把饼干放料理机或装进保鲜袋用擀面杖弄成粉末

2.黄油隔水融化成液体备用

6.取3片吉利丁片用凉水泡软后,放锅内隔水融化成液态备用

7.奶油奶酪加细砂糖放入盆中,隔热水搅拌至顺滑无颗粒状

8.100克淡奶油放入盆中打发至三倍大

11.最后再把融化好的吉利丁片倒入芒果芝士糊中搅拌均匀!取出装有饼干底的蛋糕模具,把蛋糕糊倒进去,放入冰箱冷藏至结成果冻状态(约3小时)

12.制作镜面果胶:将2片吉利丁片加入适量凉开水软化后再隔水融化,融化后倒入150克芒果泥中,取出已冷藏好的芒果芝士糊,将镜面糊直接过筛至蛋糕模具内(也可以先过筛到碗里,再倒入模具内,注意过筛网的网眼要稍大

13.放入冰箱冷藏4小时左右,脱模是可用吹风机四周吹热或用热毛巾捂一下即可轻松脱模
