蒜泥空心菜的做法
食材:
主料:空心菜300克、蒜5瓣
辅料:盐2茶匙、生抽2茶匙、植物油1汤匙、鸡精1茶匙、水适量
做法:
1.空心菜去掉根部比较老的部分,掐成寸断,用盐水浸泡洗净后,沥干水分

2.大蒜剥去蒜衣,洗净;将大蒜切碎,颗粒感可以大一点

3.锅置火上,烧热后,倒入适量植物油烧热;转小火,放入一半大蒜煸香;
