清蒸鲽鱼做法
食材:
主料:鲽鱼800克
辅料:料酒10毫升,食盐3克,小葱15克,蒸鱼豉油15毫升,彩椒1/2个,姜10克,大葱10克
做法:
1.鲽鱼先化开,然后去掉它细细的鱼鳞洗干净

2.将鱼切两半(咱家鱼盘放不下只好分两次做了),鱼身上切上花刀,然后将姜丝放进花刀内

3.鱼身上抹盐,然后加些料酒腌制二十分钟

4.鱼盘内铺上葱丝、姜丝
