1.
剁好的鸡肉块拿出

锅内水烧热,焯鸡块

焯完后,用水冲洗鸡块

把鸡块放入电饭煲中,添水,放入葱姜、八角、香叶、料酒这几样调料,选择汤粥键,调时间为4个小时,还剩下半个小时的时候,再加盐,继续盖上盖子煲汤
