Two bees met in a field. One said to the other, "How are things going?" "Really bad," said the second bee. "The weather has been cold, wet and damp, and there aren't any flowers, so I can't make honey."
"No problem," said the first bee. "Just fly down five blocks and turn left. Keep going until you see all the cars. There's a Bar Mitzvah going on and there are all kinds of fresh flowers and fresh fruit."
"Thanks for the tip," said the second bee, and flew away.
A few hours later the two bees ran into each other again. The first bee asked, "How'd it go?"
"Great!" said the second bee. "It was everything you said it would be. There was plenty of fruit and, oh, such huge floral arrangements on every table."
"Uh, what's that thing on your head?" asked the first bee.
"That's my yarmulke," said the second bee. "I didn't want them to think I was a WASP."

A salesman dropped in to see a business customer. Not a soul was in the office except a big dog emptying wastebaskets. The salesman stared at the animal, wondering if his imagination could be playing tricks on him. The dog looked up and said, “Don't be surprised. This is just part of my job.”
“Incredible!” exclaimed the man. “I can't believe it! Does your boss know what a prize he has in you? An animal that can talk!”
“No, no,” pleaded the dog. “Please don't! If he finds out I can talk, he'll make me answer the phone as well!”

A lady had a beautiful black cat, Midnight, who spent his days outside and came indoors at night.
One crisp fall evening he disappeared.
The lady searched for him in vain.
The following spring, however, Mdnight reappeared, looking healthy and clean. She figured he'd been sowing his wild oats.
Everything was back to normal, until that fall, when Midnight disappeared again.
The next spring, he returned. Perplexed the lady went door to door questioning others in the area.
Finally she rang the bell of an older couple.
"A black cat?" the old woman said, "Oh yes, My husband and I hated to see him out in the cold, so we bought a cat carrier. We take him to Florida every winter."
