1.25克黑木耳做了2个菜,此菜取10克

2.用凉水泡12小时以上

3.黑木耳洗净撕成小朵,姜、蒜剁成末用热水泡半小时以上

4.锅里放水,将黑木耳放进水中煮熟,捞起来备用
