电饭锅蛋糕的制作方法

导语:女儿很喜欢吃外面卖的蒸蛋糕,我就试着用压力锅做了一个试试,口感还行,我倒是不太喜欢,觉得蒸出来的没烤出来的香,口感还带点湿润,不过呢蒸着吃不会上火,说白了也就是电饭锅版的蛋糕。一起来看看做法吧!
用料主料
低筋面粉120克 鸡蛋4个 细砂糖50克 植物油40克 牛奶40克
辅料
黄油5克
电饭锅蛋糕的做法
1.准备所需材料

2.蛋白与蛋黄分离,将蛋白打发至粗泡,加入细砂糖

3.将蛋白打发至硬性发泡,提起打蛋器蛋白成竖起成三角形即成

4.加入鸡蛋黄

5.继续打发至蛋糊有纹路,在面糊上画圈不立刻消失即可

6.然后加入植物油翻拌均匀

7.再筛入低筋面粉

8.翻拌均匀后加入牛奶

9.最后翻拌均匀

10.高压锅锅底刷上一层黄油或植物油

11.将拌好的面糊倒入锅内

12.然后放入电压力锅上

13.开启压力锅的蒸煮功能,默认35分钟
